Ray K. Metzker, a new Cartier-Bresson? Looking at the pictures leaves an impression that he is, not unlike Cartier Bresson, a master of the decisive moment as mentioned in the article.

Fascinating play of light and dark places and putting the people in the frame. Interesting as he seems to have a complete different point of view on having large areas absolutely white or black as opposed to some teachers I have heart.
